Overall somewhere in the middle (not the best company I have worked for nor the worst one). It has been improving overall over the years (when I first joined I was expecting layoffs every 2 years, then it became a reorg every 2 years, and now it is maturing as a company and expanding).

I enjoy analyzing problems at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it is easy to approach engineers to discuss issues/work out solutions
What are some of the best things about your team?
open to new ideas. The downside is that they are too busy to delivering code (and sometimes don't have time to think of implications of decisions)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical/dental is average (on part with what other companies I have worked in). gym and telecom compensations is something recently added by Calix (nice to have) Calix stock plan is unique
