High base and generous stock plan.

Overall feel good about compensation. Surprised, in Silicon Valley, not more tilted to equity. And benefits I'm sure are decent, but would be nice to have a split for those that forgoe benefits (due to dual-employment)

Nice, smart, technically-savvy: Calix has employees that have 10+ years and grew up in the hardware space, as well as newer employees more focused on cloud/software. But I see all employees really diving in and trying to build a sustainable, growth business.

Calix has the resources of an established public company but still offers the unique characteristics of a dynamic/ innovative organization where I can learn a lot.
