Calix runs a non-qualified ESPP program that is essentially a buy one get one deal if you hold it for 1 year. It's an incredible program that has provided a lot of value to employees during our rapid growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is half what I could get at a similar company in a comparable position.

Practically none of the Calix benefits are available outside of the US. Salaries, while good, are lacking behind in a "buyers market"

My team is the reason I am still at Calix. The people I get to interact with every day are incredibly passionate, intelegent and inspiring. There is almost no workplace drama/politics which I really appreciate. Everyone is 100% focused on creating amazing products and services.

Company culture is good overall. We do tend to be somewhat awed by our own great culture that we fail to recognize when or if team members are struggling, especially if they are struggling with their manager (or their manager's behaviour)
