Transparency, honesty and openess. Secondarily, they give me their attention, consideration to my ideas, feedback and constructive critism and guidance. They are approachable and give me a voice and seat at the table.

Transparency, trust and communication. The leadership tram at Calix clearly states where we are, where we want to go and gives me lateral to execute to get us there. Seems simple but as any one that has been in results driven organizations can tell you, putting this in practice isnt easy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus structure, ESPP, Cigna insurance is fantastic and unlimted vacation (even though I don't take advantage of it).

We are high producing doers. The team at Calix regardless of title act like individual contributors. Everyone has eachothers back.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a purpose and work to serve our BSP's while innovating and pushing the industry forward - challeging status quo, distrupting and creating new differentiated experience for subscribers. We are given autonomy to be better, even if that means we may fail. As long as we learn and improve.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I LOVED talking to so many people. I had 9 total interview. I really got a good sense of the role and culture by the time I was through the process. I knew I was the best candidate for this role.

That I am not a Cog in machine. That I am regonized and encourged to innovate and try new things. I feel that I have a path to grow professionally at calix as a leader, and I feel my leadership are looking to help me move up in my role, responisbilies and value in the org.
