The team is focused on delivering the best possible results, with few obstacles associated with egos and 'turf wars'. Everyone is smart, dedicated, and willing to work together.

Common goals and direction. Overwhelmingly positive attitude across all team members. Strong desire to help our customer be successful. We don't rest on our laurels. Always striving to be better.

The Calix leadership team is driven to build a strong, successful company, while maintaining an internal culture that is inclusive and open. There are no topics that are off limits and no barriers to making suggestions and soliciting direct feedback from the SLT.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Talent & Culture team is constantly working to make improvements to our benefits, taking input/feedback/suggestions and delivering. For example, we now have a $600 fitness benefit that can be used toward equipment and fees associated with equipment and memberships for staying healthy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This sounds weird, but they treat us like adults. Corporate policies are minimal; we're allowed to make decisions that affect us directly, such as holiday time (for which there is no limit). If you need something for your workspace? Buy it and expense it. Same goes for business books, courses, etc.
