The company has changed over the years and there have been major changes in the past year due to COVID but it is difficult to know what is expected of you when the president changes so frequently, we have had 6 in 8 years.

I have been with the company for many years and it seems like the newer employees are being treated better than those of us who have been there a long time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should have been promoted 2 years ago, my manager put in for it but it was turned down last year and this year.

I should have a higher title than I do given my years of experience with the company and my overall number of years of experience.

We have been together for a long time and we know each other's strengths and weaknesses. We help each other solve the problems that come up.

We have all been with the company for over 2 decades each so we know each other very well and we work together to solve problems.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promoting employees who have been with the company for a long time. The company seems to only want to keep new employees and wants those with experience to leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should have been promoted 2 years ago but because of the continual changes in management I am told that no one knows what I do so even though I have been with the company for years I have to start over and prove myself again.
