Tucows: Everyone I've worked with at Tucows is a team player and works towards the common goal of making the internet better, faster, accessible, affordable and reliable. Working remotely is a huge bonus and I feel closer to team members than I have felt in the former "traditional" environment.

The main thing is the pay, newer employees are getting paid way more than me for the same exact position when I've been here for years and worked extremely hard. It doesn't feel the best.
