I am good at what I do, that is why I am here. Expectations are really high, never enough time and always concerned that is a problem for my job. Seems like lots of other people feel the same, hope they say so.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not a fun place, but a strong, stable company. Many long-timers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Recognition. No rewards happen, but glad to at least get some good words.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies paying much more. If I were not as new I would go. Another year if still that way, I will.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has evolved a lot recently. The current lineup seems to be working better than before and sharing more with all employees.
