The team and the people are perfect. Benefits are good and satisfying by always can be better. Salaries for the non RND teams can be improved and raised because of the inflation and to be more equal to the other IT companies.

There is big difference and gap between our salaries and the salaries in other IT companies for the same positions in MKD. We need to be more competitive with the salaries in non RND teams.
