What makes you most happy at work?
Interaction with my team and the small every day challenges that I get to overcome - I enjoy the feel of accomplishing something new every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent about the current status of the company and the future goals that we have. It is of great relief to have that information provided quarterly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is my net salary, plus the private health insurance and fitness app. The hybrid model of working is just amazing and I love the flexibility it offers!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been building in the last year, but so far, the communication that we have had has been superb. I truly enjoy going to the office to work together and even grab a drink after work - we are truly bonded.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It might be a cliche, but from my experience, this is a truly safe and worthy environment to be a part of and invest your time in. The great people that we get to call colleagues are what make this possible and I am very thankful to be a part of this story that is RLDatix.
