Since joining the company over a year ago I have enjoyed myself and enjoyed working with the people I work with daily. At times it can be challenging but I don't dread coming to work every day because the work isn't interesting or "just another job".
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all generally get along with one another which makes a good work enviorment.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work I do and it's a field of work I am actually interested in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is treated as equals, not one person is above the other even if positions and job titles would deem it as such.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe the communication from the leadership team is what's best. They always communicate gratitude for the work you do as well as keeping employees up to date with various work related items.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the work I do working with multiple products, I deserve better compensation. Being rewarded with an annual bonus would make me feel better and a raise equivalent for all the task I complete working with multiple products across the company.
