Everything. The working culture is the greatest of all, the people are so nice, everyone willing to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the company still needs an alignment with with the salaries, because the people that came to this company after the increase of the living costs have bigger salaries than the people before. The booth camp has bigger start salary and the employees from before are not compensated fairly
