This has been the best job I've ever had. The work/life balance is so very reasonable and I feel the benefits of the company are well worth the amount of work I put in. My team is always so open to discussing ideas/problems and very willing to help in any way.

My manager gives me confidence to manage problems on my own and to manage my own workload without any micro-managing.
