regular meetings and client experience sharing - good solid direction and defines outcome objectives, yet allows for autonomy

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

This is a small company compared to what I'm used to -so the ability to make suggestions on how to improve workflow processes is important. Also having the CEO and upper management actually care about the culture and each employee means alot.
