The only thing I have not touched on - we have grown very fast in recent years and we have a landslide of work opportunity it seems like, which is great but I am concerned with our ability to do the work and keep our high quality of output. Overall I am happy with where I have finally landed.

collaboration, we are very good at sharing and helping each other out
What are some of the best things about your team?
most are very smart and devoted, we trust each other. The only reason I put down a 9 is because some of the newer people have not worked out, but eventually they get weeded.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
approachability mainly, also I have always appreciated the trust they put in me to do my job without heavy oversight and dictated approaches. I can be myself, and I know they know that I care about our customers and Galen's top notch reputation as much as they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think in general Galen's salaries are low in the industry. Especially since Galen is looking for only top tier talent. I feel that I have had to battle over the years for anything coming close to good compensation - early years I was very underpaid. The remote flexibility and great team help!
