What is the best part about your compensation package?
The high base salary is phenomenal in comparison to other nearby tech companies that focus more on equity, and their recent stock options program is a welcome addition on top of that high salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is incredibly social and friendly, and highly collaborative. There are few if any real silos of knowledge, and we've done a really great job of making sure everyone on the team is aware of what's changing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a focus on getting things done in a timely manner, but I have yet to be told "no" when asking for a little extra time to make sure something is done correctly. The leadership seems very comfortable with focusing on long term wins, rather than just looking at the short term.
