They are all about building the business together. Politics is not an issue. And it's an environment the judges employees by their results, not by their age, ethnicity, etc. After working at other high tech firms, this by far has been the best experience.

The team provides good insight into XCOM and leadership meetings through InsideRMS and other forums, as well as broad communication. They can also be available for meetings that need to occur as needed to get through tough decisions and planning
