What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never worked at a company, until I came to RMS, where Leadership came to you and you were looked to as an equal and wanted your feedback and constantly asks what can we do to make it better for you. It makes you feel good and also makes you feel like your opinions small or big matter.

The titles are required to be re-calibrated. Often times, it doesn't reflect the level people operates on.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing I love about my Team is our chemistry and the way we all mesh together. It's almost like we are in each others head all the time thinking the same thing, we are always on the same page.
