The majority of the co workers respect my gender identity. However, some have no issue with misgendering me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a host, I make $3.50/hour + 3% tipped out from sales. I did the math that's barely enough to cover the rent of my current place of residency. In addition, hosts at other restaurants make at least $8.50/hour.
