I've been at Salsify for 2+ years, and I truly find myself so grateful every single day. I love the challenge, the pace, the goals, the transparency, and the people at Salsify. The people here really are just so willing to learn from each other. It's refreshing and rare to say the least!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that Salsify pays very fairly according to the market, and they constantly evaluate for scenarios where an adjustment is needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love when I can't figure out a problem, so I loop in a team member, and we put our heads together and ultimately solve the problem. Successes with my friends!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and relatability. They are our leaders, but they do not feel unreachable or apart from Salsify at any level the way that some leadership committees do. They are deeply integrated into our day-to-day culture. I trust they'll make the right decisions for "us" because they are us!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been at Salsify for over 2 years and I haven't stopped learning. We have a lean team where everyone is given a great, but not overwhelming, amount of responsibility. Salsify feels like a support system, which allows me to stretch outside my comfort zone and push myself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is filled with extremely bright individuals with absolutely no ego. We all learn from each other, and I feel that we are equals despite title or tenure. I am comfortable asking them any question. I look forward to working with them daily and their success matters to me.
