My overall experience at Salsify is positive. There have been a lot of changes due to the growth of the company that have been both positive and negative for me in my role, however, overall my experience has been exciting, challenging, rewarding at times.

The commission structure is strong, however, relatively unattainable

They are all extremely approachable and do a great job of communicating to the whole company

I have a few close friends I've made in my time at salsify - to me that is invaluable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its hard to say being fully remote, but I would say the overall leadership and vision of the company is very positive and impacts the culture in a positive way
