It's transparent. There wasn't any cloak and dagger negotiation. Engineers are paid based on level which is updated regularly to meet industry standards. It took a lot of the pressure off.
You're people first and employees second. Employee physical and mental health for themselves and their family comes first. If you need to take a day or drop out of a meeting, it is okay. And on the flip side, employees respect that and don't abuse it
