Even the most senior engineer will help you with something even if they're busy with something else. It's a great learning environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Building cool stuff the right way and if I don't know the right way, I know that I can get help to find it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put employees first. From interns to other leaders, there is a visible effort to remember you, recognize your work, and help you if needed
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's transparent. There wasn't any cloak and dagger negotiation. Engineers are paid based on level which is updated regularly to meet industry standards. It took a lot of the pressure off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're people first and employees second. Employee physical and mental health for themselves and their family comes first. If you need to take a day or drop out of a meeting, it is okay. And on the flip side, employees respect that and don't abuse it
