It's really great to learn and to meet really smart people that will make you grow. Still, after some years in the company it feels like except having good colleagues there is no real added values to stay in the company as: the salary raises are blocked and you can't have the amount you deserve

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- Hierarchy levels : good pay on top, less payed at the bottom even though the top levels don't manage their work properly which makes an impact on the lower levels - there are real differencies between salaries between teams and levels and it is not necesseraly based on the amount of work done
