Overall, this has been the best place I've worked. I've been challenged. I've been trained. I've made a great deal of friends. I did feel there could be a better bond between sales and customer success, but our leadership team is already improving this item!

I appreciate the amount of transparency if changes are being applied across the business.

Everyone wants to succeed. It's contagious. I am happy to be a part of a group of winners.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited paid - time - off. I don't use it too much. However, it's an awesome benefit if needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a #cheers channel in Slack for others to give shout-outs when a team member goes above and beyond.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct manager will provide a time to connect if there ever is an emergency, or if I have a simple question. My direct team also never holds back on best practices.
