I hate to say this, but disappointing. It was a dream when I started but too much has changed, almost entirely for the worse. Well-staffed teams with normal workloads and good work/life balance became understaffed. Excellent leadership was let go because the incoming leader didn't like their style.

Compensation, career paths, capacity planning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401(k) match. Structure in place for at least annual compensation increases.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many leadership changes. Too much uncertainty about the future of department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just about everyone is eager to learn and help each other. Great team.
