I think Salsify has a ton of potential and I'm sure the frustration I feel currently is directly tied to my role and all of the internal transition that is happening. I hope they figure out how to scale this change and fix our bandwidth issues before they lose talented people.

Interacting with my team and customers who are true partners.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is extremely close and supportive. My teammates are such hardworking, thoughtful and innovative. I only wish I felt this sense of camaraderie across other teams/departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are more open and transparent than others I have worked for, but I feel they're a little disconnected from the day to day pain/stress, hopefully new management they've hired will help.
