I love Salsify and it's mission. The company has a long way to go to make employees feel supported and balanced. I work entirely too much to consistently feel behind the ball.

Everyone is willing to help each other.

Our individual contributors drive the backbone of the business. They're frequently solving tough challenges for our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy actually being able to work on meaningful projects and having time dedicated outside of meetings to productive work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Salsify makes an attempt to stay attached to their teams and to ensure we understand our vision.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have no bonuses, no yearly raises, no 401k match. Since COVID began, we also lost all of the office perks (snacks, coffee, lunch at the end of the week, beer, etc). We currently have no work from home benefits including compensation for increased electricity, increased data usage.
