Been with Sava over 15 years. Up until now, minimal problems. Now I feel under appreciated and used. HR passes the buck when questioned regarding PTO and benefits. I'm being denied access to extended illness hours when I got COVID from work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick then. Now it's time consuming and turns possible employees away
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department is good. Nursing does the best they can and corporate sit at home micromanaging
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give me my extended illness in full or convert it back to PTO so I have access to it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Rehab is like family. Longevity. The rest of the building there's too much turn over to learn names most of the time, but we try.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough nursing staff to keep up with the patients. Rehab works on productivity and has to spend therapy time cleaning patients and their rooms and finding the necessary tools for it.
