What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do have good people working at our facility but we are getting burned out. The new ones don't care about the people they take care of.

Treat all employees with respect
Positive reinforcement for ALL shifts. Raises due to the price of livivg going up. People are leaving and going to agencies due the the pay difference.
need managers to be accessible to staff, on call to answer text or phone calls and get rid of the employees that have been counseled for sleeping hours on the job. Find quality workers that respect both the patients, co workers and management.

The different parts of the staff ( nursing, therapy, kitchen etc) need to work together not against each other. When you clock in its only a matter of time until someone tries to get someone in trouble!
