Communication is key and we don't have that. They say the appreciate us but actions speak louder than words.
They need to occupy more employees in each working shift. Give part-time workers opportunities to cover regular workers shifts when they are in their vacation. Vacations are not being approved due to shortage of workers.
Consistency in disciplinary action towards staff. Holding every one to the same standard according to job description and position held.

On call Nurses do not ever return pages or calls thus no support when needed, patient/nurse ratios are ridiculous. Very, very few people report to duty on time and there are no repercussions from being late ever, even an hr late.
