New people coming in make what make and its a slap in face that not merit or any type of raise in 2 years or for some has been given.
Hire more workers to be able to get vacation dates approved and in case personal emergencies arise.

annual raise would be nice even if very small..along with recognition through decorations and or activities for staff members and more activities for residents that are also informative. also should post more pictures of staff around the building and maybe on the website for each different building.
