you got to meet all the department heads. there was a specific criteria in order to be apart of their team which no longer appears relevant now. and the interview was very interpersonal and in depth; it allowed the candidate the chance to be very expressive and the employer also.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be more approchable when asking for help

The DON did not have any say of the hiring part of the interview. Only the administrator had the interview and say so of hiring. In other facilities I have worked before the DON had the final decision due to the knowlege of what the work should entail with residents and their conditions.
