Management is utterly lacking. The facility always have a problem with maintaining the supplies that are needed to provide care to the residents, as well as making sure the facility is fully staffed; the RCS to residents ratio is always off! The only one suffering are the residents.

Caring. No one stays long so when we get new administrative staff they don't know the residents of staff and since they are under short term contracts they aren't invested on making long-term improvements.

annual raise would be nice even if very small..along with recognition through decorations and or activities for staff members and more activities for residents that are also informative. also should post more pictures of staff around the building and maybe on the website for each different building.

Team work does not exist. Some of the other RCS are just mean and evil to the residents I am scared to go into the rooms with a few of the other worker, in fear of what they may do or say to the residents.
