I am there for the residents! To provide quality care and cater to them and their needs for a small fraction of my day! But SAVA makes that so hard to accomplish by only worrying about the charting they could careless if you actually gave the care just make sure that you chart you did.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Giving quality care to the residents, with what little supplies I am afforded, always seem to make my day at work worth while.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The facility that I am employed at is by far the lowest paying skilled facility in my area, especially for the level of care that is required for most of the residents.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team work does not exist. Some of the other RCS are just mean and evil to the residents I am scared to go into the rooms with a few of the other worker, in fear of what they may do or say to the residents.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is utterly lacking. The facility always have a problem with maintaining the supplies that are needed to provide care to the residents, as well as making sure the facility is fully staffed; the RCS to residents ratio is always off! The only one suffering are the residents.
