integrity and willingness to continuously try to improve the residents health.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
effective communication along with appreciation and recognition and conservationism the most. lots of wasted supplies, electricity,...food!
What makes you most happy at work?
the companionship that is developed from continued interactions. very interesting to learn what has made a person that person. you just never know.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
annual raise would be nice even if very small..along with recognition through decorations and or activities for staff members and more activities for residents that are also informative. also should post more pictures of staff around the building and maybe on the website for each different building.
What did you like most about the interview process?
you got to meet all the department heads. there was a specific criteria in order to be apart of their team which no longer appears relevant now. and the interview was very interpersonal and in depth; it allowed the candidate the chance to be very expressive and the employer also.
