I hate my job - I am currently seeking employment elsewhere. I would never recommend this company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's a constant negative environment because employees are always fighting and complaining about everything.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership with this company. The employees are disrespectful to management - there is foul play daily by management. They don't follow policy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For a person with a family - the healthcare package and the cost of the health insurance can be crippling - I truly wish they could figure out a better and more affordable plan.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be more management and policies enforced. You cannot run a business when people don't show up or when they do they are over an hour late and don't care about the patients.
