Beem here 2 years NO raise. We were supposed to get Covid pay last year but only received this on 2 checks after working months in the facility with almost all covid in the building. Even new admits had covid. I believe all that worked during that time are owed back covid pay.

Quick and easy. Seemed they needed people fast

Nothing at the moment everyone seems to want to be somewhere else
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is key and we don't have that. They say the appreciate us but actions speak louder than words.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Positive reinforcement for ALL shifts. Raises due to the price of livivg going up. People are leaving and going to agencies due the the pay difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New people coming in make what make and its a slap in face that not merit or any type of raise in 2 years or for some has been given.
