The work we do is wonderful and the company says they value their colleagues but since 2020, we aren't shown the same appreciation. Raises are minimal.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a tight nit group and very close. We are supportive of each other and have no problem covering when someone is out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate if my raises would reflect the cost of living and the fact I score at least a 4 on my merit reviews.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have Teams and can communicate with each other using the emojis and gifs. We are encouraged to laugh and enjoy our time at work while still getting work completed.
