Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall my experience has been pretty great at Sila. There are only a few things I would wish were different, but they are minimal compared to the grand scheme of things and I believe those are things that can be fixed more easily and are not intrinsic problems with the company.

It feels like everyone is truly there to help the company goals be successful. No one is out to get you, or steal your ideas, or whatnot. Everyone help each other be better.
