Love the people. Love the work when it is mentally challenging. A lot of my work is brain dead - anyone can do this. A lot of recognition to my face, less to the bank account. Would love more career development, currently moving to a better shift to try to make that happen. Hoping4 upward trajectory

Troubleshooting new issues. Developing new plans. Developing/streamlining information flow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Down to Earth, doesn't speak down to employees. Transparent with company goals, ideas, and updates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More compensation would make me feel better about my compensation. Bills are going up with inflation while my pay isn't. Taking on more responsibilities and developing more skills and knowledge to do my job better and helping create better systems to streamline information and getting a 'good job'..
