Seeing visible progress in my projects and seeing how my work improves the work experience of the company. Connecting with people across the org and learning new things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm encouraged to ask questions and people are happy to answer them / share knowledge. People are generous with their time and happy to help me with all kinds of things if I ask. Silazens like to share a lot and I appreciate that.
