Great people, great mission, challenging work. Can be very fast paced and stressful at times. Can be a difficult place to work if you have young children and are part of the manufacturing org.

The culture is very social very inclusive. People are always willing to help even if outside of formal responsibilities.

They set ambitious goals and try to keep the company informed about our strategy and progress on a regular basis.

They make a huge effort to stay connected to the rest of the company and are very transparent with information and changes in strategy. They also don't shy away from recognizing where we are weak and make changes to shore up those gaps.
