What are some of the best things about your team?

Overall, very friendly and good to work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Fairly laid back. My opinions are mostly listened to by leadership

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Yearly salary increases and promotional increases goes a long way. Constant changes in organizational structure hasn't been great. Constant change in roles/responsibility has been frustrating

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Senior leadership can do a better job at treating each employees like they matter and respected. Right now I feel like there's favoritism among the organization where certain people are treated better than others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was recently promoted and was told that I would not be getting a raise because "I'm making too much". Raises/promotions should be based off of performance. I feel like if you're going to promote someone to a new role and add on responsibility, their compensation should reflect that.
