My overall experience has been positive. I joined almost 2 years ago and my on-boarding was sub-par compared to what it is now. I've learned a lot, improved multiple skillsets, and made many good industry connections along the way.

It's been a roller coaster ride. Lots of ups and downs. Navigating the "new" Sitecore is fun, interesting, and engaging, but doesn't come without many internal challenges.

Everyone is working toward the common goal of getting Sitecore to a $1B organization - albeit very fast!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base salary given the overall (and seemingly ever-increasing) requirements of the Account Manager role especially compared to base salaries of similar roles at technology companies. Higher match on 401k would also make me feel better about my overall compensation.
