It's been a roller coaster ride. Lots of ups and downs. Navigating the "new" Sitecore is fun, interesting, and engaging, but doesn't come without many internal challenges.

Closing a sale because of hard work and perfect execution along the sales cycle

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is working toward the common goal of getting Sitecore to a $1B organization - albeit very fast!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher base salary given the overall (and seemingly ever-increasing) requirements of the Account Manager role especially compared to base salaries of similar roles at technology companies. Higher match on 401k would also make me feel better about my overall compensation.
