People care about each other. People are smart and help level up everyone else. Everyone's heavily invested and passionate about wanting us to succeed

Learning stuff, working with an amazing set of products, having managers that care, actually doing something meaningful that has an impact on people , company, and customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't hire jerks. This is important. We work hard, play hard, but it's expected everyone help build up everyone else. We want Snyk to be a place people want to work at.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about their employees, and it's not just for show... I look at all the things our people team did to make sure people made it through covid unscathed (no zoom fridays, virtual coffee breaks, team fun activities like online game )... they really do care about our health in these crazy times
