I love that the leadership team seems increasingly committed to investing in diversity at Snyk, excited to see them continue to put real time and money into this effort. Also love the growth mindset and how aggressively they're tackling the market

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They've betrayed the values they promised to uphold. They pretend to listen to employees but don't really, and their recent layoffs were primarily of women who had requested proper feedback and opportunities for advancement.

It's a fun challenge, and it's exhilarating to know that there is a path for me to exceed expectations and hit the ball out of the park. It also makes me happy to see many Snykers committed to increasing diversity within the company
