The leadership team is much more involved in the day-to-day operations of the company than what I'm used to from previous roles, but they do so without micromanaging or adding stress to the work environment. Their respective strategy are also consistent with well-defined company initiatives.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual bonuses always seemed like a roll of the dice at smaller companies, with very little individual control over whether you get a good result or not. Add in the effects of 2020 and it felt even wilder. Our bonuses were just rolled into our compensation so now we know what we're getting!

All are very smart, excellent at what they do; everybody wants to help and is moving in the same direction. Always thinking about more than just their one task - thinking about others who might benefit as well.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Met with several different team members and folks from other teams as well. Good balance of them asking me questions and m getting to ask them question and hear about life at the company.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love the pace - always something new & challenging to work on. Get to talk to many customers & internal teams. But it's not all work and no play. We have fun groups like a virtual cycling team that build bonds, too.
