People send each other company-wide shout outs often, based on accomplishments and good teamwork.
What makes you most happy at work?
This is the first job I've had where I have not felt any toxicity in the work environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The 6 rounds of interviews for the position were tough to manage, but outside of that, the interviewers were well-prepared and approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our marketing team is quite large and very specialized, making each of us subject-matter experts across a wide variety of marketing styles. This allows us to work together to optimize every customer- and partner-facing we put out, in a quick and efficient manner.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Snyk gave me the salary and bonus structure that they believed I was fit for, even thought it was more than what I'd originally asked for during the interview. It was an empowering vote of confidence on behalf of my manager and the larger hiring team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is much more involved in the day-to-day operations of the company than what I'm used to from previous roles, but they do so without micromanaging or adding stress to the work environment. Their respective strategy are also consistent with well-defined company initiatives.
