The willingness to share information- there's no hoarding or withholding of information for one's gain. Everyone truly wants to see you succeed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They invest a lot in promoting employee engagement and bonding throughout the company. Even though we're all remote right now due to the pandemic, they're still having creative and innovative team bonding activities which are very fun.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I really enjoyed how much 1:1 time I had with my soon-to-be manager. It made me feel much more comfortable accepting my offer, especially because I felt like I already had a good rapport with my manager.
