I really appreciate how transparent and compassionate the leadership team is. They really care about their team, even if it's people that are multiple layers below them.

I really love being part of a company that is growing incredibly well. Very rarely do you find a company that is so set up for long-term success like this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They invest a lot in promoting employee engagement and bonding throughout the company. Even though we're all remote right now due to the pandemic, they're still having creative and innovative team bonding activities which are very fun.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really enjoyed how much 1:1 time I had with my soon-to-be manager. It made me feel much more comfortable accepting my offer, especially because I felt like I already had a good rapport with my manager.
